Michael Andino was a founding member of Art In Motion Latin Dancers, whose creativity and skill in choreography has proven invaluable to the dance company's success. With Art in Motion, Mike traveled extensively to perform at Salsa Congresses in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean including the Boston Salsa Congress, Philadelphia Salsa Congress, Puerto Rico Salsa Congress, New York Salsa Congress, Houston Salsa Congress, Canada Salsa Congress, Chicago Salsa Congress and the West Coast Salsa Congress in Los Angeles.

In addition to his work with Art in Motion, Michael has been invited to perform in several unique all male performances including the 2004 Tribute to Men in Salsa in Washington DC. Michael is also the founder and artistic director of Kids con Estilo, a Salsa performance group of talented youths from all over the Delaware Valley. Kids con Estilo has begun to perform locally and is building a busy schedule of performances at Salsa Congresses all over the US.

Raised in Equador, dancing has always been a part of Michael's life. He is known for his amazing repertoire of styles including Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, Cha-Cha, and Casino Rueda. Michael's natural ability and passion for dance has earned him a reputation as one of the East Coast's finest. His soft lead and smooth movements make him a popular choice among ladies, while his unique styling and shines make him the envy of gentlemen. Mike can be found regularly teaching Group and Private lessons at La Luna Dance Studio where his vast knowledge has afforded him the opportunity to teach specialty classes in Mambo and Casino Rueda, while also leading more advanced students through complex choreography in Performance Classes. Representing La Luna, Michael was one of the featured performers at Cuba Libre Restaurants in Philadelphia's Old City and their new location in the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, NJ. He now teaches both at La Luna Dance Studio as well as owns his own dance studio.
